Storm has very tranquil demeanor. He is cool under pressure, and a very likeable bot off-duty. He enjoys all sorts of diversions (games, sims,). He's much more lighthearted and open than his partner-in-crime Shadowstrike, and does his best to keep her from "working too much".
Storm has two conventional arm mounted blasters. He doesn't like to fight, but he will if pressed. He has a stealth mode in which he can avoid most conventional detection devices, but its use drains his energon levels quickly (especially in robot mode) can't be used for extended periods.
