Like the Autobot Kup, Novaburst is older than most Transformers. Unlike Kup however, Novaburst isnt likely to be found telling old war stories to the Dinobots or anyone else. He was put into the Tactibot unit by Optimus Prime shortly before the Ark left Cybertron. His job was to help train the Tactibots.
Since then he has stayed with the Tactibots and is an important member of their team. Novaburst has a large knowledge of many different tactics and their effectiveness in different situations against different targets. He also has a small medical knowlegde and is able to treat minor wounds, though his knowlegde is nothing compared to what most doctors know. Like the other Tactibots, Novaburst has decided to stay with LONAC.
