Cuffs has a high sense of loyalty to those around him. He can sometimes find it differcult to make friends as he takes his job as a security officer into almost every aspect of his life. Spends all his time making sure security measures are above excellence. This can sometimes lead to clashes with fellow crew who have a more casual nature. Follows orders to the letter and is annoyed by those who don't, thinks that total obedience is the only way to acheive goals.
While he was on Earth he adopted the form of a police car. In this form he can reach a top speed of 170 kph. In robot form, he holds a disruptor gun, which when fired on an target it slows the electrical current within the target. This makes them slow and sluggish, enabling Cuffs to easier capture or disable them. Cuffs is only moderatly strong.
Cuffs' major disadvantage his is constant working. He will often overwork himself, which leads to breakdowns and power shortages. He can sometimes spend too much time on minor details when greater ones are waiting. He finds it hard to trust those who are casual in nature, but he tries.
