In Jet Mode, Blacknife has a special coating that renders him invisible to most detection
systems, allowing him to pass through enemy territory unnoticed.
If on the off chance he must battle with another jet, he has serrated wings that can cut through
most steel and is armed with standard laser chain guns.
Blacknight is also able to escape a planet's gravity by means of a stolen Decepticon engine.
It's exact power source is unknown to him, but Blacknife has heard rumors about something called
Nucleon. After hearing those rumors, Blacknife quickly took precautions to ensure the energy
never seeps into his fuel line. If need be, he can eject the engine and still fly with his
standard thrust engine.
Blacknife is able to deliver a payload of bombs to any fortification and wipe it out without, as
the humans say, the next door neighboors noticing.
Blacknife's weaknesses are not well known to his enemies, due to the fact that he is rarely seen.
If he IS seen, he escapes the area as soon as possible and lets the immenent explosion take care
of them. However, he is vulnerable in areas where he has his hollow compartments, though it
requires a direct shot to do any real damage.
Among his aquaintances (he never uses the word friend), Blacknife has a morbid sense of humor
and often juggles explosives or just plays pratical jokes. When asked once why he does this, he
only said: "It comes with the job description." Very few have tried to argue the point.
