The only survivor of a distant colony of deserter Decepticons. Suspended in stasis for a hundred years after the starship she was travelling on crash-landed on a planet, Terrafirma found herself amongst LONAC members attempting to find clues to a cure for The Waste, a terrible plague that was fatal to all lifeforms. She revealed she was immune to the plague, but that the immunity was unreplicatable in an already-living Cybertronian life form.

She was able to lead the LSS Freedom crew to her world though, the first location known to have been infected. Only days later she witnessed the primary city of the colony destroyed at the hand of a plague-maddened Shadowstrike. Though all life on that world had been extinguished many years before, the sight of this drove Terrafirma to a state of near-madness which took weeks to clear. This destruction was also partly responsible for curing the plague, the only fact that allowed Terra to forgive the parties responsible for the loss of her former home.

Enterprising and bold, Terrafirma is shrewder than she appears. Though she presents a laid-back demeanor, Terra is continually analyzing every situation she comes across. Typically friendly and pleasent, she has a vindictive dark side that occasionally comes to the surface.

Built so that she could help rebuild her dying world, Terrafirma was the only Plague-immune individual constructed in time. Her physical form is large and heavily constructed, more than able to survive in a harsh and hostile environment. Though she lacks weaponry, she is equipped with a powerful piledriver in both modes. She is also equipped with a full range of electromagnetic manipulators, a powerful communications array, and built-in energon generation capacity. She has turned the latter into a valuable commodity, producing unique "smooth" energon beverages in a variety of "flavors".

Terra's alternate mode is that of a demolition tank, capable of large-scale demolitions. Though slow moving, this form is heavily armored and difficult to stop. In robot mode she is almost as tough, but much faster, being of average speed for a Cybertronian. In both modes her piledriver doubles as an electromagnetic manipulator, able to levetate objects of up to one metric ton in tank form, much less in robot mode. She can also generate low power deflector sheilds and "charge" her piledriver for explosive effects on impact with this capacity.
Terrafirma currently operates a store on the LSS Freedom's Plaza area called "The Quick Bite", which sells various non-intoxicating energon drinks and snacks.
