Finding life in a Decepticon aquatic platoon rather mundane, she decided to leave what she found to be a moronic group of mechanoids and joined LONAC to free herself from the ever raging Autobot Decepticon war. Splashback is generally open to those around her, but prefers keeping to herself, and not letting others get to near to her. Finds it somewhat disappointing that LONAC is rarely in any situation that could feed the thrill she gets from aquatic combat, but welcomes the change of lifestyle all the same.
Splashback carries a mass driver, which fires thousands of small metal spheres that can punch their way through most metals. She transforms into a speeding boat vessel, which can also assume a sumarine role. Above water, she can travel a top speed of 180 kph, below, she is limited to 90 kph. In this form, she can travel on or through most liquid substances, ranging from water to mercury to oil. While in this form, she can launch vampire torpedoes from her underside. These torpedoes, when exploded, are capable of completely disabling a target rather than causing actual damage. Also equipped with standard explosive warhead torpedoes, and two standard laser guns.
She is relativly slow in robot form, making her an easy target. Can not endure large amounts of weapons fire in either mode, as she is lightly armored.
