"Clear skies, watchful eyes."
After accidentally seeing a gruesome secret scientific experiment being performed on a group of captured Autobots, Cirrus started to lose faith in the Decepticon way. Over time, he considered defecting to the Autobots, but could never bring himself to do it. One day, he met a group of Cybertronians calling themselves "The League Of Non-Aligned Cybertronians" on the planet he was stationed on. He recognized several former Decepticons in their ranks, as well as several former Autobots. Realizing that he could join this group and still not be betraying any of his Decepticon friends, he decided to join them. With the help of LONAC, he was able to erase all trace of his former allegiance with the Decepticons.
Cirrus is intensely loyal to his friends, as well as naively trusting at times. Takes great pleasure in a job well done. Keeps a scrapbook of all his favorite or most memorable spying missions, including the mission that led him to see the experimentation on the Autobot prisoners. Occasionally opens up that one, which usually causes him to become deeply depressed for several days. Enjoys Terran hardcore techno music and classical opera. Sometimes plays both at the same time.
