Chapter 7

"Very good" Xaraxus commended from behind.  "Now, perhaps we can have some prisoners."

"Your words betray your doubt!" Admiral Lilwall broke free from Cyron and leapt at Xaraxus.  In an instant, Xaraxus had teleported himself out of site, causing Admiral to fall to the ground.

"Coward" Admiral said as he got up.

"Well well, what do we have here?" Jupitor said as he stood of Admiral Lilwall.

"Good, just what I was waiting for, re-enforcement's!" Admiral Lilwall replied with a smile.

Jupitor turned to the other Huntercons.  "Heh, look at him guys.  Actually thinks he and that poor excuse for a femme bot can take us."

"I don't think that's what he meant" Waitstate replied.

Jupitor turned around "Ah, Waitstate.  Let's not waste any time shall we?"

With Jupitor's comment made, the Huntercons merged to form Zrakkor.  A bit tall for the air lock, but still enough to make the LONAC bots scramble.

"Big and stupid, just what we needed!" Splitwit commented as he circled the giant in his assault vehicle mode.

Zrakkor swung at the bots.  Not fully compensating for the size of the air lock, he accidentally hit the ship making the opening in the side slightly bigger.

"Thanks!" Waitstate shouted as he leapt through the hole.

"We could really use some gestalt power right now Diablo!" Shadowstrike yelled into her comm unit.

"Be right there!" Diablo shouted into his comm.

Another one of the LONAC teams showed up and joined in the battle.  They did their best to slow down Zrakkor.

Takedown and Aries charged at Zrakkor.  "Foolish creatures!" Zrakkor shouted as he picked up and threw Aries at Takedown.

Moments later, Hyperion came charging into the airlock, head first.  Zrakkor tried to stop him, but Hyperion was too strong.  Both went crashing to the floor with a force that seemed to shake the entire station.

"A little slow on the wits!" Hyperion commented as he held Zrakkor down.

Zrakkor stopped struggling and smiled.

Hyperion gave Zrakkor and odd look.  "What's so-"

Hyperion did not see Bataract swoop down from the ceiling.  He grappled onto the back of his head and screamed.  The sound waves set out by the scream disrupted all audio sensors within Hyperion.  Bataract then flew between Hyperion and Zrakkor releasing a blinding flash of light.  The display of special effects was short lived, but long enough to allow Zrakkor to get to his feet.

Many of the surrounding bots were too stunned to act right away, but Hyperion had absorbed most of the damage.

"Who's slow now?" Zrakkor shouted as he threw the dazed Hyperion against a wall.

------------

"Xaraxus, you've got no where left to run.  Give yourself up now and we may not have to terminate you."  Waitstate wasn't really sure what he would do with Xaraxus if he were captured, but that was not the matter at hand.

Xaraxus walked up behind Waitstate.  "Oh come now Waitstate, you don't honestly believe I'd give up so easily."

"I give everyone the benefit of the doubt."  Waitstate spun around and swung his beam sabre, but no one was there.  He slowly turned his head to look behind him, ever fearful of what might happen.

"You'll have to try just a bit harder than that!"  Xaraxus picked up Waitstate by the neck and held him as high as he could.  "Call your crew off, or I'll tear you into so many pieces not even you creator will recognize you."

Waitstate struggled to speak.  "Heh, if you destroy me you'll still be overpowered by LONAC.  I'm not scared of your little group anymore."

"This is a foolish waste of time!" Xaraxus shouted.  This was one time he did not want to fight.  He wanted to find the book first and foremost, and LONAC was causing more trouble than he had planned for.

"What's more foolish is to think you can attack us any time you feel like it without repercussions.  You think because we're neutrals we won't put up much of a fight.  You're wrong, this is war!" Waitstate shouted back.
