If there is anyone in LONAC who knows junk, it's Anchor. Several millennia old, he traveled the universe collecting anything and everything he could, stopping every so often to sell off what he had collected. He is a shrewd businessperson, and adept at bartering. When it comes to repairing ancient and broken items, and even more so, finding them, Anchor is in his own little heaven. He can often be found sifting through garbage compactors incase someone had thrown out anything he considers important or sellable. He came to LONAC in hopes of having a more "upscale" place to sell his various items, instead of his own personal freighter, the Apartment.
In monkey mode-- his "robot" form--he is incredibly agile for his size. Quite handy with tools, he is often asked to aid in his primary function, engineering. Although Anchor is armed with a single ultraviolet laser cannon, he would rather use it on a low setting to cut through materials. As a cassette tape, like most others, he uses a light-matrix data system to store over 300 terabytes worth of data, the majority of which is information on his vast collection of salvaged material.
Because of his design, Anchors has many weak joints in his superstructure, which isn't helped by the fact that his armor is prone to cracking. In addition, he is susceptible to electromagnetic pulse.
